The Libyan Prime Minister Abderrahim El Kib is received by King Mohammed VI

Libyan Prime Minister, Mr. Abderrahim El Kib, begins a working visit and friendship of two days in the Kingdom of Morocco, at the head of a ministerial delegation of 9 ministers today.He will be receive by the King this afternoon.

A  government statement indicates that this visit will be marked by discussions with the Head of Government, Abdelilah Benkirane, and sectoral meetings between ministers of both countries.

These meetings include  the situation in the Sahel , Mali and the impact on Western Sahara as well as the areas of justice and freedom, economy and finance, agriculture and marine fisheries, national education, higher education, scientific research and management training, energy, mining, water and environment, employment and vocational training, solidarity, women, family and social development and the Moroccan community in Libya.

The formal handover of power from the National Transitional Congress  to the National Congress takes place to morrow at the Ghabet Alnaser Convention Centre next to the Rixos Hotel in Tripoli.

Following this a new  Libyan government will be be formed.
