Avaya Highlights Key Business Issues In Morocco, BYOD.

Bring Your Own Device (BYOD)’, the impact that social media sites such as Twitter have on customer experience and the need for a virtual IT environment are among the key issues impacting organizations in Morocco, according to Avaya, a global leader in enterprise communications systems, software and services.

At its annual Morocco Innovation Forum taking place in Casablanca on June 5. Avaya management will address these challenges for customers and channel partners, highlighting the solutions which enable companies in North Africa to manage the proliferation of devices such as tablets and smartphones in the workplace, integrate their customer service approach, and enable greater collaboration both internally and with customers.
